How many guests fit in your bridal shower venue?
Depends how you’re running it. A mingling, cocktail-style shower takes up to 100 guests. A seated brunch or formal dinner works for around 60. And a shower for 10 of her favourite people gets a setup that feels intimate, not echoey. Share your number in the inquiry form and we’ll match the space to it.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes. Bring the charcuterie you spent all week planning, your favourite bakery’s cake, and your own bottles with no corkage fee. Alberta asks for a simple special event licence for private gatherings, and we’ll walk you through it. Catering options are available too.

Can we do a mimosa bar?
Please do. It’s the most requested table in the room.

Can we decorate for a theme?
Yes, and setup time is built into your booking. Do it yourself, or ask about decor styling and arrive to a finished room.

What activities can we add?
Shower games with prizes, lawn games on the front patio, karaoke, our photo booth, a photo corner with backdrop and props, and the audio guestbook, where guests record advice and toasts for the couple.

Can we combine the shower with a bachelorette weekend?
Happily. Plenty of groups do the shower in the afternoon and let the evening turn into the bachelorette. Ask us about both when you inquire.

How far is Canmore from Calgary?
About an hour’s drive, and 20 minutes from Banff. We’re downtown at 105, 717 – 9th Street, so the day extends easily into shopping and dinner.

Is the space private?
Completely. Your group has the room to itself, which matters when the games get competitive.
