  • How many people can a Christmas party space in Canmore hold?
    Depends on the format: up to 100 people for a standing, mingling party, around 60 for a seated dinner, and an intimate setup for as few as 10 so the room never feels empty.

    Is the room private, or do we share it with other groups?
    Fully private. The space isn’t shared with another event that night, so your team sets the pace from arrival to the last song.

    Can we bring our own alcohol?
    Yes. Bring your own drinks under an AGLC Special Event Licence with no corkage fee, so the bar is exactly what your team brings.

    Yes. The Bunny Den kids’ room gives younger guests their own corner for crafts and games.

    Street parking sits right at the door, plus more parking within a block, so guests aren’t hunting for a spot in the cold.

    What’s included in the room booking?

    How far in advance should we book a December date?
    December fills first out of the whole year, so book your date as early as your team’s calendar allows.

    Can we combine a Christmas party with a short team meeting or awards presentation?
    Yes. The 100 inch screen and projector handle a slideshow or an awards presentation before the party portion starts.
