We have multiple downtown venues, and depending on the activity we can accommodate anything from intimate groups to large groups, indoors and outdoors. Downtown Canmore sits right outside the door, so an outdoor scavenger hunt starts and ends without a bus ride in between.

Every team-building booking comes with:

• A downtown venue sized to your group
• A fully equipped kitchen for snacks, coffee, and meals between activities
• Sound system and microphones for briefings and prize announcements
• A 100 inch screen and projector plus a 55 inch SmartTV for instructions or a wrap-up recap
• Private self-access codes for your group
• A downtown location, steps from Main Street and the trails

More than 20 activities to choose from, including:

• Outdoor scavenger hunts through downtown Canmore
• Karaoke for a high-energy finish
• Sushi-making, hands-on and done in teams
• Pottery painting for a calmer, creative option
• Games night when the group wants a lower-key evening

Bring your own food and use the kitchen between activities, or work with one of our local catering partners at a discounted rate for a full lunch or snack spread. Either way, food stays close by, so nobody has to leave mid-activity to go find something to eat.

How many people can join a team-building day?
There is no fixed limit. We have multiple downtown venues, and depending on the activity we can accommodate anything from intimate groups to large groups, indoors and outdoors. Send us your group size and we will tell you what works.

Are the activities indoors, outdoors, or both?
A mix. Options like sushi-making and pottery painting happen inside, and outdoor scavenger hunts take the group through downtown Canmore.

How many activities can we combine in one day?
As many as your schedule allows. Most groups pick two or three from the more than 20 options and build a full day around them.

Do you help plan which activities fit our team?
Yes. Tell us your group’s size, goals, and energy level, and our Corporate Events team will suggest a lineup that fits.

Is catering included?
Not automatically, but it’s easy to add. Bring your own food and use the kitchen, or book one of our local catering partners at a discounted rate.

Can we combine team-building with a working meeting?
Yes. Many groups run a morning working session, then move into activities in the afternoon.

What happens if the weather turns for an outdoor activity?
Ask us about your date. We’ll talk through indoor alternatives like sushi-making or pottery painting so the day still runs smoothly.

Is the space private for our group only?
Yes. The room is booked privately, with self-access codes, so it’s your team and nobody else’s event that day.

How far in advance should we book?
As early as your date allows, especially for summer weekends and December, which fill up first.
