How much does a bachelorette party in Canmore cost?

Is the space private, or are we sharing it?

It's yours. Bookings are private, so there's no other party in the room, nobody at the next table and nobody asking you to wrap up. That's the main reason groups choose us over a bar or a restaurant's back room.

Can we bring our own drinks and food?

Yes. Bring your own alcohol under an AGLC Special Event Licence, with no corkage fee and no bar minimum. You can cater it yourself, order in, or tell us what you're after and we'll point you to local options. Alcohol stays indoors, as our event licence covers the inside of the venue, not the front patio.

What is there to do for a bachelorette here?

Pick your vibe. A boho floor picnic, a sound bath with crystal singing bowls, tarot and crystal readings, a mandala painting workshop, a canvas paint and pottery night, a photo corner with props and an audio guestbook, private karaoke under the disco ball, or board games all night. Most groups combine two or three in one afternoon and evening, and everything is set up before you arrive.

Do we have to drink to have a good time here?

Not at all. Plenty of our groups don't drink. The sound bath, painting workshops, tarot readings and grazing evenings work beautifully without a bar, and the space is yours either way.

What about winter, or bad weather?

Everything we host is indoors, so a winter bachelorette or stagette runs exactly the same as a summer one. The mountains are the backdrop rather than the activity.

How far in advance should we book?

Summer weekends and long weekends fill first, so three to six months ahead is safest for peak dates. Shorter notice is often fine off-season, and full payment secures the date. Send us your date and we'll come back with options and availability, usually the same day.

Your party happens in the Spark Room or the Thrive Room, or both together, right in downtown Canmore. The Spark Room is a little cozier and the Thrive Room is bigger, and how many friends you can bring depends on the setup you’re envisioning, so tell us your vision and we’ll make it work.

The setup is flexible. A floor picnic, a creative workshop (the Thrive Room is a great fit for that), even a yoga session. We transform the space based on your vision.

Both rooms have a coffee and tea bar. Bring your own snacks and drinks, or we can arrange catering.

These rooms also double as getting-ready spaces, so if you’re curious, ask about the Bridal Lounge and the Groom’s Den too.
