Pick the lounge that fits your crew. The Spark Lounge holds up to 10 and suits date nights, family get-togethers, bachelorettes and birthdays. The Thrive Lounge holds up to 20 and is built for stagettes, team nights and Christmas parties. Both sit off the same hallway in downtown Canmore.

Bring your own drinks and snacks. Glassware is included and there are zero bar minimums, so the bar is entirely yours to plan.

Prefer it handled for you? Add catering, grazing boxes or a late-night snack drop when you book. The sweet stuff is $50 each and covers the candy bar, popcorn machine, frozen mocktail package, s’mores and hot chocolate bar, and the kids party pack.

Is there a karaoke bar in Canmore?
Yes. CanMore Together, 105, 717 - 9th Street, Canmore, AB, T1W 2A3, has two private karaoke lounges in downtown Canmore. It is a private room rental rather than a public karaoke night, so the microphone is always yours and there is no waiting list to sing.

Can you book a private karaoke room in Canmore?
Yes. Both lounges are booked by the hour with a 2 hour minimum. Spark Lounge holds up to 10 guests and Thrive Lounge holds up to 20 guests. Bookings are made online and confirmed personally within a few hours.

How much does a private karaoke room cost in Canmore?
Spark Lounge is $125 per hour for up to 10 guests. Thrive Lounge is $175 per hour for up to 20 guests. Both rates include pro sound, wireless microphones, the touchscreen song library, lighting and glassware.

Can we bring our own alcohol to the karaoke lounge?
Yes. This is a bring your own venue and there are no bar minimums. We do not sell or serve alcohol. If your group is bringing alcohol, one person needs an AGLC Private Special Event Licence, a $10 non sale licence you buy online in about ten minutes and post in the room during your event.

Can kids come to the karaoke lounge?
Yes. Kids and teens are welcome and the lounges are a popular kids birthday party option. If alcohol is present under a private event licence, anyone under 18 cannot buy, drink, hold or serve it and needs an adult with them.

What is included in a karaoke room booking?
Pro sound, wireless microphones, a touchscreen song library with thousands of tracks, DJ lighting you control, comfortable seating, tables and glassware. Food, drink and party add ons can be booked on top.

How far is the karaoke lounge from Banff?
About 20 minutes by car. We are in downtown Canmore, a block off Main Street, which makes us an easy stop for groups staying in Banff or anywhere in the Bow Valley.

Is the venue accessible?
Yes. Everyone enters through the 9 Street entrance, which is accessible, whichever lounge you are booked into. There is an accessible bathroom on site. Tell us about mobility needs when you book and we will have the route and seating ready.
