Yes. You can rent the space and run your own schedule, or we can help curate the day with add-ons like sound baths and tea rituals.

What kinds of retreats work in the space?
Wellness and yoga retreats, meditation and mindfulness sessions, women’s circles, sound baths, corporate offsites and creative evenings like paint nights.
How many people fit?
It depends on your setup. With yoga mats on the floor, under 30 people is the sweet spot. With tables for workshops, the Thrive Room holds 40 to 50. Most groups book both the Spark Room and the Thrive Room for the best flow between spaces: one hosts the active part while the other holds meals, breaks and quiet reflection, so everyone finds their sanctuary.
