    1. CanMore Together

      Thank you for choosing CanMore Together shared office and event space. By using any of our services, you agree to comply with the following general terms:

      Conduct:

      All individuals and organizations utilizing our services are expected to maintain a professional and respectful conduct, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment for everyone.

      Compliance:

      Users must adhere to local laws, regulations, and any rules set forth by CanMore Together regarding the use of shared office and event space.

      Liability:

      CanMore Together will not be held responsible for any personal injury, accidents, or loss of belongings that may occur on the premises.

      Gift Certificates:

      Our gift certificates are non-refundable but are transferable to another individual. Please notify us in advance of the transfer, providing the necessary details to update the recipient information. Please note that gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

      Modification:

      CanMore Together reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with prior notice to affected users.

      We look forward to providing you with exceptional shared office and event space experiences.

    2. Coworking

      Day Passes

      Day passes must be paid in full at the time of booking or upon arrival. Day passes are valid only for the designated date and cannot be carried over to another day. Day pass holders are entitled to access the common areas and amenities available to all members during regular operating hours. Day passes are non-refundable, even in the event of non-utilization or cancellation.

      Multiday passes:

      Multiday Passes are non-refundable, non-shareable, and non-transferable. Rest assured that they never expire, allowing you the flexibility to use them whenever it suits your convenience.

      Memberships:

      All memberships are non-shareable and non-transferable. A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the full price is required upon booking to secure your spot. For Dedicated Desk and Private Office Memberships, a deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required.

        Meeting Rooms:

        Deposit:

        A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the full price is required upon booking to secure your spot.

        Payment:

        To secure your booking, meeting room rentals must be paid in full either 3 days prior to the booking date or at the time of booking, whichever is earlier.

        Booked time:

        Kindly note that all bookings are door-to-door, and any additional time before or after the scheduled time slot will incur an extra charge in 30-minute increments.

        Cancellation/Changes:
        • 3 or more days prior to the booking: The deposit will be credited, allowing you to rebook within 1 month from the original booking date.
        • Within 48 hours prior to the booking: The full amount of the booking, minus any deposits already taken, will be charged.
        • Private Venues

          Deposit:

          A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the full estimated price is required upon booking to secure your spot.

          Payment:

          Shorter events require full payment 14 days prior, full-day and multi-day events require full payment 30 days prior, and large group events or multiple space rentals require full payment 60 days prior to the event.

          Booked time:

          Kindly note that all bookings are door-to-door, and any additional time before or after the scheduled time slot will incur an extra charge in 30-minute increments.

          Damage Deposit:

          A case-by-case basis may require a damage deposit equal to the total rental fee, which will be returned after venue inspection for cleanliness and damage. Deductions will be made for any damages or additional cleaning required.

          Cancellation/Changes:
          • 30 or more days prior to the event start: Credit will be placed in your account, allowing you to rebook within 3 months from the original event date.
          • Within 30 days prior to the event start: The full estimated amount of the entire event, minus any deposits already taken, will be charged to the credit card on file.

            CommUnity Events:

            Tickets:

            Tickets for CommUnity Events are transferrable but non-refundable.

            Cancellation/Changes:
            • 2 or more days prior to the event start: Credit will be placed in your account, allowing you to rebook within 1 month from the original event date.
            • Within 48 hours prior to the event start: Ticket fees are non-refundable.
