Why would I need luggage storage?
The classic gap: you’ve checked out of your hotel or rental but your bus, tour or check-in is hours away. Instead of dragging suitcases through cafes and shops, drop them with us and enjoy the town with free hands.

Is there luggage storage in Banff?
Banff itself has very little, which is why people end up here. We are twenty minutes down the highway in downtown Canmore, right on the road in from Calgary, so if you are driving through there is no detour in it. If you are already in Banff without a car, the regional bus runs between the two towns.

Can I leave my bags before check-in at my hotel or Airbnb?
That is the most common reason people book. Checkout is usually ten and check-in is usually four, so we hold your bags through the middle of the day and you get those hours back.

Do you have lockers?
Not coin lockers. Your bags go on shelving inside a locked room in our building, which means we can take suitcases, skis, strollers and the awkward shapes a locker would never fit.

Is the storage actually secure?
Yes. Bags go into a locked room, never a hallway or an open corner, and they stay there until you come back for them.

How long can I leave my bags?
A few hours between check-ins is the usual, and longer stretches are often possible. Let us know your timing and we’ll make it work.

Do I need to book ahead?
Book online and the room is set aside before you arrive. If it’s same day, call or text us on 403-431-3000 and we’ll sort it out. Walk-ins work when we’re around, though booking ahead means you’re not relying on that.

Can we store bags for a whole group?
Yes. Tour groups, wedding parties waiting on a venue, and families mid-move have all parked their luggage here. Let us know how many bags and we’ll set the space aside.

What should we do in Canmore while our bags are stored?
You’re steps from Main Street’s cafes, shops and restaurants, and minutes from riverside walks and trailheads. Banff is twenty minutes away if the gap is a long one.
